Beach towels are available for guests' use, with the beach only 12 minutes away. There are plenty of on-site amenities for you to enjoy, including a basketball court, walking and jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, an exercise room, a library, and a heated community pool and spa. There is also a playground, shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball courts. The home comes with four pickleball rackets. A smaller community pool is located one building down from this coach home, which is an easy walk and is more private. Lakeside is located in the heart of north Naples, just a quick drive to some favorite restaurants and shopping centers. The Shoppes of Vanderbilt offers Primo Hoagies, Mister01 Pizza, Mojo Sushi, and Flaco's Mexican. You can also be sitting on the sand at Vanderbilt Beach in about 12 minutes or sipping on a cool drink at Gumbo Limbo in about 15 minutes. The community is only 12 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to awesome restaurants and shopping. Lakeside is a lovely community tucked behind gates and located right off of Airport-Pulling Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment.
