It features original hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Complimentary toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking is needed for additional cars, street permit parking can be provided for $10 per additional vehicle for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in for $25, 2-hour early check-in for $50, 1-hour late check-out for $25, and 2-hour late check-out for $50. The apartment is centrally located in downtown Columbus, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars on North High Street, the Short North District, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It is also less than a mile from the downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. The location provides easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside to monitor activity. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count.
