Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, with additional parking on Charming Way for overflow if needed. Located in the heart of 30A, this beach house is just minutes away from the beach and close to attractions like Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, and Gulf Place Town Center. Enjoy a scenic drive along 30A Scenic Highway, with its breathtaking views and unique beach communities. Nearby restaurants include The Red Bar, Chanticleer Eatery, and Cafe Thirty-A, offering a variety of dining options. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The minimum age for check-in is 30 years old. No pets are allowed, and parties are strictly prohibited, with a $200 extra cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, with a $300 fee for smoke odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and credit card. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage reported before check-out. The home includes a dedicated workspace, making it remote work-friendly.
