While the neighborhood lacks charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area, it offers easy access to major roads and nearby attractions. Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed, and no street parking is available. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, and there is a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at the property. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person.
