Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. The apartment is no-smoking and no-parties are allowed, with penalties applicable for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
