With a walk score of 85, this area is very walkable, with a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks all within a few minutes walk or drive. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily, no loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. No smoking of any substance is allowed at any time on the property or within 20 feet from any windows or doors, all windows and/or doors must be closed when smoking nearby the unit, a $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent, any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 pm each day, visitors present between 10 pm - 6 am will be counted as overnight guests and charged accordingly: Disclosed Guests (Prior Notice Given): $15/Night/Guest over 2 years old and Undisclosed Guests: $40/Night/Guest over 2 years old.
