This apartment is in a professionally managed student living community near the University of Montana. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
