It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft, spanning 1,488 sqft. The first floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, Cali-king bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. The second floor houses 2 bedrooms with full and queen beds, a loft area with two single beds, and a bathroom. Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware. On-site washer and dryer are available for all your laundry needs. A mini-split provides cooling on the main floor during summer, and a fireplace offers coziness during the cold season. Relax with a smart TV and internet for streaming, a front porch, and a covered backyard deck for year-round outdoor relaxation. A fire pit, BBQ grill, and hot tub are perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens. Pet fees beyond one pet are processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Paradise Estates is a private community, a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties, located approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The cabin is accessed by fully maintained roads year-round. There is no public transit nearby, and it is only accessible by car. A four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter, and tire chains are available for rent at local stores during winter. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
