It's less than a minute's walk to the Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than 1 mile to downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus, less than 1 mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
