The apartment also offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
