Each of the 3 large bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Guests have access to the private condo pool and walking paths. With the purchase of a guest membership from the pro office, guests gain access to the club side pool, kids pool, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts. The condo parking lot hosts areas to store a boat, and a boat launch is available a mile down the road. Parking is available if you are towing a boat. St. James Bay Golf Resort is a professionally designed Audubon course in Franklin County on the 'Forgotten Coast,' just outside Carrabelle, Florida. The resort is 4 miles to Carrabelle, 20 miles to Eastpoint, 25 miles to Appalachicola, and 26 miles to St. George Island. Walking to the St. James Bay clubhouse is about a half-mile walk; otherwise, a vehicle is necessary to tour the forgotten coast towns. Waterproofing and fascia repairs are currently occurring. Guests have access to the entire space minus a few owner's closets. No visitors to the home unless prior approval is given. No dogs unless discussed with the host and fee is paid prior to arrival. No smoking or vaping or medical marijuana in the home or patios. No parties, gatherings, or events. Credit card processing fees through the booking platform or direct website bookings will not be refundable at any time.
