This upstairs apartment boasts a modern, fun, beach-themed style, making you feel right at home during your stay in San Diego. Its central location, just 5-10 minutes from the airport, provides easy access to all of San Diego's attractions. Designed with Point Loma and San Diego themes, this home features a modern boho twist. Feel right at home on the L-shaped couch, comfy queen-size beds, or in the fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom is equipped with an AC unit for your comfort. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. There is one assigned parking spot, but note it's a tight turn for cars larger than a mid-sized vehicle. Laundry is available on site for $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry, quarters only. Point Loma is a beautiful rugged peninsula on the coast of San Diego, known for the Cabrillo National Monument, Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, and Liberty Station. Enjoy delicious seafood eateries on nearby Shelter and Harbor islands, and check out live music at Humphreys Concerts by the Bay. Point Loma is walkable, with Uber and Lyft readily available for exploring beyond the area. Self-check-in is available for a contactless experience, but assistance is just a message away. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed without written authorization. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
