The cabin is pet-friendly, but pets should not be allowed on furniture or linens, and should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy on the property, including outdoor areas. Parties and events are not allowed, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and grill is prohibited during burn bans. A Ring and Eufy Camera face the front yard for security.
