It is a short walk to the Short North District, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market, a 4-minute drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium, a 4-minute drive to downtown Columbus, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
