A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are prohibited, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
