Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and loud music is not allowed at any time. A $500 charge will be applied for breaking any house rules. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed.
