House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this two-floor home is just a short drive from Denton's vibrant downtown, filled with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Only registered guests are allowed. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The home is equipped with a 9-liter water heater, which provides enough hot water for a 15-minute shower per person. After each shower, the heater requires approximately 20 minutes to fully recover before it can supply another hot shower. Landscaping is done once a week. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly.
