The living room includes a convertible sofa bed, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and cost $350 per month, increasing to $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies, and additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Situated in the heart of Manhattan's Upper East Side, this apartment is within walking distance of the new subway line on 2nd Avenue at 86th Street and the 4, 5, 6 subway station at 77th or 86th Street and Lexington Avenue.
