Any noise complaints or violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. If a party is detected, police will be contacted, and all guests will be removed immediately without a refund. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on or around the building premises. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be applied. Guests must print and display the provided parking pass. We are not responsible for any tickets or violations resulting from failure to follow the parking instructions outlined in the check-in guide. Extra cleaning may be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 replacement fee. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $500 penalty.
