Located in Windsor Island Resort, you have free resort access to nearby amenities, including shared spaces such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and access to major attractions including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Windsor Island Resort has areas of ongoing construction. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time.
