For fitness fans, an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat are available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly request it at least one week before your check-in date. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located in Windsor Island Resort, you have free resort access to shared amenities such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and a lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and easy trips to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and if you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
