Located in Windsor Island Resort, you receive free resort access to shared amenities such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and easy trips to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 16. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is a Ring camera by the front door. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
