It also includes 2 large living areas, a free washer/dryer, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy your own private south-facing pool, BBQ, and lounge in the outdoor area, as well as free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly request it at least one week before check-in date. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. Located in the new Windsor Island community, this property is near Disney and other world-class attractions. Windsor Island Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and state-of-the-art massage chairs. The property is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Windsor Island Resort has areas of ongoing construction. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
