Essential toiletries are provided: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt and pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, dish soap, and trash can liners. The expansive outdoor living space with natural landscaping embodies Central Coast beach living and features a large Accoya Wood Deck with overhanging ambient lighting and a spacious dining table to take in the ocean air as you sip your morning coffee or dine under the stars. The tranquil outdoor space also features a large lawn, a gas fire pit, sand beach and boulder seating. A smart TV equipped with Chromecast is available. One pet is welcome for a nonrefundable $120 pet fee. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood just steps away from the ocean, this apartment is seconds from beach access, coffee houses, popular restaurants, hiking trails and parks. Down the street is the popular Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can watch the waves crash and the beautiful nightly sunsets. It's easy to get around by car, and Ubers and Lyft are also available. The home is close to freeway on-ramps. Neighborhood quiet hours are effective 10 PM - 7 AM every day. Trash shall not be left stored within public view, except in proper containers for purposes of collection. There shall be no accumulation or storage of trash and/or debris on the site or within the residence. Vehicles used and traffic generated by residence shall not exceed normal residential levels or unreasonably interfere with the quiet use and enjoyment of any other residences or businesses in the area. Maximum overnight occupancy of the residence shall be limited to four people (two people per bedroom, plus two additional people), inclusive of children. The number of visitors to the residence shall not exceed four at any time. Visitors are not allowed in the residence between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and shall not stay overnight on the premises. Experiences or services are not allowed on site or inside the home. A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. [SI]
