A pack and play is available upon request. Located near Frenchman Street and a 5-minute drive from the iconic Streetcar, you’re perfectly positioned to experience the best of the city. With live jazz, Cajun cuisine, and vibrant bars on Bourbon Street or a laid-back stroll through the French Market, you're near it all. Front desk hours are from 8 am to 6 pm daily, and pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm daily. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy; extra guests or visitors need management approval, and violators may be fined $200 - $500. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including the balcony, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and odor removal. Pets are not allowed on the property, and violation of this rule may result in a $500 fine. Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, and violation of quiet hours may result in a $200 fine.
