Parking lots are available on Withers Street, parallel to Ocean Blvd., with a specific Atlantica parking lot sign. A maximum of 2 spaces is allowed per unit. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, the condo is just blocks away from the Boardwalk and close to the strip. Explore local attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park. Enjoy shopping at nearby boutiques and souvenir shops, or take a short drive to the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, or Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month.
