Enjoy the covered deck, a relaxing hot tub, and a backyard firepit. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Close to local parks, shops, and John Carroll University, this University Heights gem is ideal for family getaways, business travelers, and groups seeking comfort and entertainment. Parties are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party will incur additional cleaning and damage fees. Please keep noise to a minimum outside, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. A hot tub cleanliness fine of $250 may be assessed for failure to shower before entering the hot tub, using bath towels instead of beach towels, exceeding the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, allowing unsupervised kids, diving or jumping, bringing food or drink into the tub, using glass near the hot tub, or failing to cover the hot tub after use.
