If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Located near Island Park Reservoir and just 33 miles from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, this cabin offers easy access to outdoor adventures. The neighborhood is a gated community with keycard access, ensuring privacy and security. Instructions for entry will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Proximity to Yellowstone is just a 40-minute drive to the West Entrance, and nearby airports include WYS at 45 minutes and IDA at 1 hour and 25 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Communication with the guest services team is available from 8:00am to 10:00pm MDT. If a handyperson is called and the issue is due to user error, the guest will be responsible for their fee.
