It is 10 minutes to the Cosby entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, and 30–40 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Guests must be 21 years or older, with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control. Please do not leave any trash outside of the bear-proof containers.
