Due to the steep driveway, which can be slick at times, a 4-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Located on Beaver Lake, this home offers direct access to the lake via a short path from the backyard to the waterfront. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
