This home has two living rooms both with deck access, a pool table, board games, a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating, two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit, a Keurig coffee maker, top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen, luxury linens in all of the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer. This home is located on Beaver Lake with direct access to the lake via a walking path that leads from the backyard to the waterfront. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid, and if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Access the lake at your own risk, and all children 16 and under are required by law to wear life vests. Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check-in, and late check-out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
