Free parking is available on the property, including driveway and street parking. Guests staying a minimum of 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Ideally situated in one of Boone County’s fastest-growing areas, this home offers easy access to everything while staying away from city noise. It's a 10–15 min drive to Zionsville and a 25–30 min drive to Downtown Indianapolis. The home is close to I-65, major employers, logistics hubs, warehouses, shopping, dining, grocery stores, and parks. Getting around is easy and convenient with quick access to I-65, making it simple to reach Indianapolis, Zionsville, and Lebanon. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate reliably in the area, and grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers are a short drive away. For longer stays or business travel, having a car is recommended for maximum flexibility. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will be utilized to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
