Located in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake near Rogers, this home is just 15 minutes from downtown restaurants and 30 minutes from Bentonville's museums and shops. Boat ramps and marinas are nearby. Nearby hiking trails offer stunning lake views. A car is recommended. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and HOA rules. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors and will incur a $1,000 fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors if butts are disposed of properly.
