All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' and not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation. There is a monthly utility cap of $300 for leases, and guests are responsible for any overages. For non-lease guests with pets, there is a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets. For leases, the security fee is $500, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets.
