Park in the driveway or the garage for ultimate convenience. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Enjoy the small, unfenced backyard, ideal for a little fresh air or stargazing under the clear Utah skies. Key destinations are conveniently close, with the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple just 2 minutes away, Downtown SLC 28 minutes, Salt Lake City International Airport 26 minutes, Snowbird Resort 42 minutes, and Thanksgiving Point 20 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Communication monitoring is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to reset the property. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
