Orlando is a little over an hour away and historic St. Augustine is also only an hour away. The balcony is unusable at this time due to a concrete restoration project, but you still get a wide ocean view from the back doors and windows. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the apartment. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
