During the first Friday of every month, locals are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in culture and art with the First Friday Art Walk. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden. The apartment is located 0.3 miles from Van Buren/1st Ave and near Phoenix Sky Harbor International, located 5.9 miles away, and Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 32.7 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
