The main living room features reclining sofas, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, flowing into a dining space for 8 and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs, the game room boasts a pool table, a large sectional, a projector for movie nights, and a kitchenette. Outside, enjoy the screened-in porch and deck with stunning lake views, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit. This pet-friendly home welcomes dogs with a fee of $90 per dog, and cats are also permitted with a fee of $400. A pack 'n play is available for guests. The Ubuntu is ideally situated just 2 miles from the world-class OZ Trails Bike Park and miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. It's also 4 miles to Highlands Golf Course, 5 miles to Blowing Springs Park, and 3.5 miles to Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Explore nearby Lake Ann, Mildred B.
