Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach, this apartment is professionally managed to maximize your travel experience. Located on the second floor of an 8-unit "aparthotel," this apartment includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. This apartment is an ideal escape to take advantage of all the area has to offer. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, ideal for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A, with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, there is a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. A trifold floor mattress is provided to sleep one more guest, and there is a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
