Situated on the first floor, you won't have to worry about climbing stairs or lugging bags up. Inside, you'll find a clean, fun, and budget-friendly rental space designed with care. The living room features a comfortable queen memory foam sleeper sofa, a cozy seating area around a colorful electric fireplace, and a Roku TV with standard cable. The kitchen, opening up to the living room, is stocked with stainless steel appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, oil and vinegar, a full spice rack, and both a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig. For families with little ones, there's an easy-to-use high chair and kids' dishes. The bedroom offers a cooling gel memory foam king-size bed with an abundance of pillows, and two twin trundle memory foam beds for extra guests. The bathroom features a super deep tub, a beautiful vessel sink, and soft towels, ensuring all the comforts of home. For guests with pets, a pet fee of $50 is required, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are still subject to the pet fee. Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex due to HOA restrictions, with fines being the guest's responsibility. Cool Azul is less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. The community offers three pools, one of which is seasonally heated, and freshly resurfaced tennis courts with pickleball lines. Excitingly, Gulf Terrace Condominiums now provides electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts, making it convenient to top off your battery just steps from your door. This condo is not beachfront, and you will need to drive to the public beach access, which is 3/4 mile away at June Decker Beach Park. As a first-floor unit, there is potential for noise, and noise ordinances are enforced at 10 PM sharp. Smoking is not permitted on the patio or near the building at any time. Any stay past the 10 AM checkout time will result in an additional day charge and an additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damages and must disclose issues prior to checkout. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time, and fines related to pets from the HOA are the guest's responsibility. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund.
