The living room boasts a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and an accent chair for lounging, with natural light streaming through a wall of sliding glass doors. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A breakfast bar with three barstools provides a casual dining area or a spot to set up your workstation if you're on a work-from-home trip. The bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with twin trundle beds underneath, and a Roku-enabled TV for relaxing at the end of the day. The bathroom offers a shower and tub, soft towels, and plenty of space to get ready in. A laundry room on the patio provides the convenience of a full washer and dryer during your stay. Exciting news for electric vehicle owners: Gulf Terrace Condominiums now offers EV charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 is required for any stay that includes a house-trained pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are still subject to the pet fee. While not beachfront, the condo's driving proximity to everything Destin has to offer is unbeatable. Less than 1 mile to public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. The gated community features tennis courts, three community pools, and a small lake for evening strolls. Charcoal grills are available throughout the complex for outdoor cooking. Check-in time is 4 PM CST and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with advanced notice. The condo is in a building with shared walls, so there is potential for noise from other units. Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time due to HOA restrictions. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM sharp, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Any stay past check-out time will result in an additional day charge and an additional cleaning fee. Any issues must be disclosed prior to check-out, or the guest is held liable for any damages. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. False information regarding a service animal is against the law in our state. The breakfast bar with three barstools can serve as a workstation for those on a work-from-home trip. A laptop computer is not included.
