Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties are prohibited with a $300 fine.
