The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub, though the jets are not working, and there is an additional full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard, located by the creek, features a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. A brand new hot tub is also available in the backyard. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and a large driveway with plenty of room. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, and starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
