Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves.
