Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. A $250 fine will be charged if you check out after 11:15 AM. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will apply if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Dispose of all smoking waste in the green dumpster.
