The basement game room includes a PacMan arcade game, foosball table, and retro classic Nintendo console, perfect for family fun and friendly competition. Board games are also available for fun around the dining table. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Located near top attractions such as Firestone Country Club, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and Portage Lakes State Park, this home offers easy access to dining and entertainment with nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. While checkout instructions are provided, they are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
