The apartment is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting) and within cruising distance to the Scenic Hwy 30A and many other Destin hotspots. The home next door is currently being rebuilt and undergoing reconstruction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours. House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10 pm are not permitted. Absolutely no street parking is allowed at any time, with a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed.
