Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa at Fiddler's Cove, located on the serene third floor. This spacious and modern apartment features a kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, GE appliances, and floating shelves. Behind barn doors, you'll find the washer, dryer, and pantry. The updated bathrooms boast new vanities and tile. The dining area includes a coffee and wine bar with seating for six, while the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, and a 65-inch TV. Step out from the living area onto the expansive balcony, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The balcony extends the living area outdoors, featuring a large sitting area with a cushioned sofa and side chairs, anchored by an outdoor rug. Enjoy al fresco dining at the glass-topped dining table, with two lighted ceiling fans to keep you cool. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and we've provided beach supplies in the storage closet on the balcony, including chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a cart. The primary bedroom, decorated in soothing colors, offers sliding door access to the balcony and an ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed shower. It features a queen bed with a Dreamcloud Premier mattress and a 55-inch wall-mounted TV. The guest bedroom, a second sanctuary, includes a queen-sized bed with a Purple mattress, a dresser, night tables, and a closet. The hall bath, conveniently located off the guest bedroom, features a new vanity and beautiful tile work. The hall offers open shelving with baskets for extra space, including sheets for the pull-out sofa and beach towels. Fiddler’s Cove is a gated community with 24-hour security. There are two heated and cooled pools, one near the clubhouse and one visible from our balcony. The larger pool was re-tiled in December 2023 and provides 25-yard lap lanes. The hot tub is next to the large pool, very close to our villa. There are seven Har-Tru Tennis courts and six Har-Tru Pickleball courts steps away. The clubhouse offers recreation space with a ping pong table, corn hole, a fitness room, and racquetball courts. There are play areas with swings throughout the complex and several grilling and picnic areas with both propane and charcoal options. Bike racks are located throughout the complex, and bike rentals are popular, with delivery and pick-up available at Fiddler’s Cove. Fiddler's Cove is a charming community on Hilton Head Island, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Just a short walk or bike ride from the pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, Fiddler's Cove provides easy access to sun, sand, and sea. The community is known for its lush landscaping, tranquil lagoons, and abundant wildlife, creating a serene backdrop for coastal living.
