A pack-n-play, highchair, and other child safety items may be available upon request for an additional charge. Located on a private 1.1-acre estate with direct gated access to Windmill Park. Coconut Creek city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12 am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour and require a 24-hour notice. Guests must be 25 and older to rent. A copy of your photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking or prior to arrival.
