Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. The apartment has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises, with a $300 fine for smoking violations and a $500 fine for party violations, including legal action and possible eviction without reimbursement. Noise detection monitors are present. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled check-out time. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves to avoid damage.
