You can easily access this home by car or public transportation and is a 15-minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line, which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. It's close to highway 93, which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, TD Garden in 15 minutes, Fenway Park in 25 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes, and Cape Cod in an hour (times may vary with traffic). Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests should be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
