Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, an EV charger, and plenty of parking with both driveway and street options. Tesla EV charging is available, and there is 1 parking spot in the driveway with additional parking behind the gate for 2 more vehicles. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. The cowboy pool should be used at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty, and children under 16 should be supervised at all times. HVAC rules include not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting it by no more than 2 degrees per hour.
