The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a kids' bedroom and shared bathroom downstairs, along with a master bedroom with a private en-suite. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to set this up. Free designated parking is available when booking this property. Located just 30 minutes from MCO Airport, this home is 4 minutes from Hwy 192, 3 minutes from Walmart, 4 minutes from Medieval Times, 7 minutes from AMF Bowling, and 8 minutes from Starbucks. The area offers an abundance of shops and nearby restaurants. The Lake Berkley clubhouse provides a large TV lounge, a well-equipped gym, a large heated swimming pool, and a separate heated spa. The community features three lakes, offering excellent fishing opportunities and a sandy beach for relaxation. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy basketball, tennis, and beach volleyball courts, or jog along the lakeside path. Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the home, and no third-party bookings are allowed. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and the number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
