A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a large Smart TV with Hulu Live, a full-length mirror, a walk-in closet, dresser space, and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. A pack and play, high chair, and kids' dishes/silverware are provided. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, which varies based on the length of stay. The partner is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs per booking, with a $200 pet fee. Located in the heart of Destin, this home is within 3 short blocks of the sugar sand beaches and has easy access to Highway 98 for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. There is only parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart.
